Register your opinion with the Federal Transit Administration. For ideas on why you think expanded bus service beats commuter rail try reading some of the Letters or Articles, or read Fact Sheet #1.

Consider pointing out that the June 19, 2008 New Starts application for funding submitted by Transport 2020 had no mention of the clear presence of public opposition to the Dane County commuter rail project and new taxing authority (RTA)!
